This fee covers upfront costs necessary to place your home on the MLS. It includes up to 50 pics, unlimited price changes and open house announcements, and can be cancelled anytime. Success Fee of 1/10th of 1% at closing. We also accept Zelle or Venmo
Full Service Listing Fee (Includes Professional Photos)
This fee covers upfront costs necessary to place your home on the MLS including professional photos and will be credited at closing. If you already have photos please pay $250 above and just let me know. Commission at closing will be a MAXIMUM of 1% unless we agree to a lesser amount in writing prior to closing. We also accept Zelle or Venmo.
Buyer Retainer
This retainer covers ongoing costs including up to 10 showings and writing/presenting up to 3 offers and will be credited at closing. We also accept Zelle or Venmo
